I would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended our 48th Annual General Meeting. It was wonderful to see both familiar faces and new members taking the time to be involved and show their continued support.
48th AGM Summary
The minutes from last year’s AGM were presented and formally approved by the members, with no matters arising.
Gary from Sharles Auditors addressed members regarding the financial accounts and confirmed that the Credit Union received a clean audit.
Members approved the payment of a dividend and interest rebate, comprising 1% Share Interest and a 15% Loan Interest Rebate.
Sharles Auditors were re-appointed as auditors for the coming year.
Two directors were successfully re-elected, and a new Internal Auditor was elected.
