Share Deposits

·Click Share 1  to view all share transactions (deposits, withdrawals, dividend, etc)

Share Withdrawals

·Click Withdraw money (NB: Share withdrawals will only be authorised if your loan balance is lower than your share balance)

·Select Account and click done

·Enter amount you wish to withdraw  (If you enter more than you have in shares you will get a message saying invalid amount)

·Take Photo (this will be used for security to ensure it is you applying for this withdrawal NB if we do not have a photo of you in the system you will have to come to the office and have your photo taken)

·Click Use photo

·Click send enquiry to Credit Union

·Within one working day and If successful your withdrawal application form will be ready for you to sign (NB Please check the bank details have been entered correctly)

·Within one working day your payment should be in your bank or ready for collection

Loan Repayments

·Click Loan 1 to view all loan transactions (repayments, loan allocations, share to loan transfers, etc)

Applying for a Loan

·Click apply for a loan

·Click I agree to the terms of service (if you don't agree click back)

·Fill in on screen loan application details

·Within one working day and If successful your loan application form will be ready for you to sign (NB Please check the bank details have been entered correctly and amend standing order payments with your bank accordingly)

·Within one working day your payment should be in your bank or ready for collection

Requests

·Click on Requests

·Listed here will be any requests made to the credit union for either withdrawals or loans (NB We only allow one live request if you have further requests please wait until this request has been processed before submitting another)
